Ingredients

Vegan Spicy Thai Tofu Tacos:

  • 1 pkg. House Foods Tofu Extra Firm
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • ½ Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. gluten free soy sauce (tamari)
  • 1 tsp. ginger powder
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • ½ tsp. crushed red pepper
  • ¾ cup shredded red cabbage
  • ½ cup sliced carrots
  • ½ cup sliced red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions (optional)

Peanut Sauce:

  • ⅓ cup peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp, tamari (soy sauce)
  • 1 tsp, garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp, agave
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • ½ tsp. crushed red pepper
  • ¼ cup water
