Cooking Directions

  • Rinse, drain, and cut noodles into manageable lengths.
  • Wash kale and remove stems, tear into bite size pieces.
  • In a medium bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, chili, garlic and Braggs Aminos.
  • n a large bowl add kale, cranberries, noodles and dressing. Mix and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

  • 1 pkg. House Foods Traditional Shirataki or Tofu Shirataki Spaghetti
  • 3 stalks curly kale
  • 1 handful dried cranberries
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • ¼ serrano chili, seeds removed and finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Braggs Aminos
  • Juice of 1-2 limes
