Veggie Chow Mein

Cooking Directions
- Prepare tofu shirataki. Place tofu shirataki in colander and rinse well with warm water. Pat dry.
- In large frying pan, heat vegetable oil and garlic.
- Add veggies and cook through. Add SoyGround and Tofu Shirataki and heat until cooked through. Mix well.
- Add sugar, sea salt, sesame oil, soy sauce and vegetable broth powder. Cook another minute. Serve hot.

- 2 pkgs. House Foods Tofu Shirataki Spaghetti, rinsed, drained and roughly
- 1 pkg. El Burrito SoyGround (optional)
- 1 frozen bag stir fry veggies
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- ½ tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- 2 tsp. vegetable broth powder
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. sesame oil (optional)
