Tropical Fruit Tart

Cooking Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a food processor blend tofu, fruit puree, coconut milk, sugar and cornstarch.
- Once mixture is smooth, add it to in pre-baked tart shell and bake for 50 minutes or until done.
- Once done, remove from oven and refrigerate until completely chilled.
- Decorate tart with sliced fruit, serve chilled

- 1 pkg House Foods Soft Tofu
- 2 cups mango puree
- ½ cup passion fruit puree
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- pre-baked tart/pie shell
- sliced fruit of choice for topping
