Tofu Matcha Pudding

Matcha powder blended with creamy tofu and coconut milk. Topped with maple syrup for a slight touch of warm sweetness.

Cooking Directions

  • Pour gelatin in warm water, whisk well until completely dissolved.
  • In a blender mix the first five ingredients until smooth. Add gelatin and blend well.
  • Pour the pudding into ramekins/dessert glasses. Refrigerate for a few hours. Serve cold with maple syrup on top.

  • 1/2 pkg. House Foods Tofu Soft
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or soy milk)
  • 1 Tbsp. matcha powder, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. hot water, cooled
  • pinch salt
  • 1 packet gelatin
  • 2 Tbsp. warm water
  • Maple syrup to serve
