Cooking Directions
Start by pressing tofu: place the block of tofu between 2 paper towels and place an heavy object on top, setting aside for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, whisk together the remaining ingredients for the marinade in a shallow dish.
Cut the pressed tofu into 1 inch cubes.
Place tofu evenly into the marinade dish/bowl and pour some marinade over the top. Let sit for 15 minutes in the fridge.
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the tofu onto the sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes. At halfway, flip the tofu cubes and spoon remaining marinade on top.
The tofu is done when caramelized; remove from heat and enjoy!
