Cooking Directions
- Slice tofu vertically into ½ in slices and add to a non-stick pan. Reserve sauce from package for later. Cook until heated through.
- Cook until heated through.
- Steam broccoli and carrots until softened. Add 1 cup rice, some vegetables and a few slices of tofu to a bowl. Top with reserved sauce and serve.
